Fruit Bomb

Really tasty sour from Wild Barrel. A lot of berry up front and smooth, creamy vanilla finish.

wild barrel imperial pastry sour rasperry pie

i love sours, Berliners and Gose. This is a imperial sour at 8.4 abv. You do not taste the alcohol at all, great!. The first notes on the tongue are a salty berry that transforms into a pleasant mouth feel that is syrup like and then you're hit with the taste of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries and a slight sweetness that becomes finished with the tartness and lip puckering of a Berliner Weisse. I would recommend this beer to be enjoyed cold, and with charcuterie meats and cheeses. This beer is not sweet enough to be a desert beer(thank God) and as far as imperials go it is simply great. I hope you all get the opportunity to enjoy a pint like i did myself- BeerLedger- Luke Inglese

Sweet and sour!

Almost like a lambic, this beer is seriously like drinking a liquid lollipop. Overpowering at first sip, and pleasantly grows on you as you become accustomed to it. Loved it!

Lightly tart and subtly sweet

Tastes like a raspberry-syrup glazed Rice Krispie treat.
