Pilsner: Bavik Super Pils is a true Belgian Pilsner, crafted by Brewery De Brabandere in Bavikhove, Belgium. This pilsner is uncompromised, brewed as it was in 1894.

(2) Bavik Super Wit 330ML CAN
Wit: Bavik Super Wit pours a hazy-blonde to golden color. A firm white foam releases earthy aromas of ground coriander, dried flowers and fresh citrus peel. Pronounced notes of lemon and orange appear in the first sip of this medium-bodied Belgian Wit.
Much like its predecessor Bavik Super Pils (also unpasteurized) a pronounced hop bitterness and lively carbonation gently scrub the palate, so you desire another sip. 5% ABV
(1) Kapittel Prior 9 330ML
The Prior was and is the leader of a smaller abbey community. He is the primo inter pares (the first among equals). Established abbeys had several off-shoots, smaller communities living on farms or settlements, sometimes far away from the original abbey for example in Northern and Eastern parts of Europe, later in the colonies, today in third world countries. With its 9% alc. by vol., this darker beer is certainly a triple ale with a bitter sweet taste. The hoppy characteristics of all the Van Eecke ales is prominently present.

Commercial Description
Kriek Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used. Kriek Boon is slightly sweet, with the surprising natural fragrance of sourcherries and almonds. With only 4% of alcohol it is a perfect summer beer.

Abbey Ale | 6.0% ABV
This red-brown abbey ale can be considered a “single,” meaning a beer that was made for the guests of the abbey and for everyday consumption. Of course, this is a top-fermenting ale, refermented in the bottle and thus kept alive, which means you can age the beer for a few years. The head is strong and keeps well.
The aroma reminds one of sweet burning wood and gives us hints of sweet peaches, ending in a light hoppy bitterness.
(1) Gulden Draak Classic 750ML
Belgian Strong Dark Ale :A dark brown Triple Ale, which makes it an exception among the Belgian Triples. Gulden Draak is re-fermented in the bottle, and in the keg, making it a real “Living Beer”. The second fermentation offers the nice creamy head and the full body of the centuries old brewers yeast. It is a beer that you can actually nimble to adventure the complex taste. Gulden Draak balances a natural malt toffee-like sweetness with a mellow happiness and some hoppy accents. The aroma is round, sweet and hides the 10.5% alcohol per volume. Another name for this type of complex beer is “Barley Wine.” You sip and enjoy this beer slowly, as a treat you definitely deserve. 10.5% ABV
(1) Piraat 750ML
Belgian Ale: In the 17th and 18th century, ales like Piraat were highly prized and sought after by seafaring pirates and their captains. A pint a day was the ration passed down by the Captain to his crew. Piraat has a well rounded body and a wickedly rich flavor. The powerful glow builds from the inside with a deep golden hue and soft haze. With aggressive amounts of hops and malts a mild sweetness is coupled with colorful aromas fresh bread, spices, tropical fruits for a complex taste any ‘Pirate’ would enjoy! 10.5% ABV
(1) Silly Scotch 330ML
Scotch Ale: One of the greatest Scotch Ales of the world. Since WWI destroyed the hops growing in Belgium, and the British army had access to hops from Kent in England, this beer has been brewed since it creation exclusively with Kent hops.
The velvety mouth feel, the darker red-ruby color, and the licorice undertones are typical for a real Scotch Ale. Candy sugar is added with the yeast in the bottle, and in the keg, for the refermentation. This extra touch of sweetness is clearly present. Only after aging for over 10 years, does it diminish and does a dryer taste emerge.
One of the best lace-producing beers of Belgium. Lace, meaning the sticky and beautiful foam traces left on the inside of your glass while you savor the beer in small sips. 8% ABV
(1) Petrus Rood Bruin 750ML
Red Brown Ale: Dark ruby red – red as wine. The style is also called the Burgundy of Flanders, and is a very typical and common beer in West Flanders
Created by a secret blend of the aged and sour ‘mother beer’ with fresh brewed sweeter beer, this beer produces a sour-sweet balance, set off by the underlying bitterness of the hops. Light in alcohol, exciting complex flavors and tastes come to the forefront. The best in its style!
Although serving cold is recommended, taking time to drink it will release more aromas towards the end of your glass. It is an excellent beer to marinate fish or meat in it. Richer meat dishes, or heavy pasta dishes where the light sourness of the beer is looked for to offset the sweetness of the sauce. 5.5% ABV
(1) Chimay Cinq Cents (White) 750ML
Belgian Tripel : The Cinq Cents was first brewed in 1966 by reverend Father Theodore and it was his final contribution to the Chimay line of beers. It was formerly known as “White Cap” and no other brew has been created since. Cinq Cents translates to 500, honoring the 500th anniversary of the Principality of Chimay whose support made the founding of the Scourmont Abbey possible in 1850. 8% ABV
(1) Chimay Cent Cinquante (Green) 330ML
Chimay Cent Cinquante is a strong, sophisticated, and refreshing blond ale, with a balanced flavor and a floral fragrance, combined with hints of dried fruit and spices. The exceptional yeast isolated by Father Theodore, combined with the purity of the highly protected water of the abbey’s wells, gives Chimay its unique richness. Originally brewed in 2012 in honor of the 150th anniversary of the brewery, Cent Cinquante is now being released with a green label.
Since 1862 Chimay’s ales have been fermented in the bottle. These secondary fermented ales have neither been pasteurized nor filtered and only natural ingredients are used. The Trappist logo certifies that this ale is brewed in a Trappist Abbey and that the majority of the profit is intended for social aid.
(1) Scotch De Silly Chardonnay Barrel Aged 750ML
Each year brasserie de silly takes their famous Scotch Silly brand and ages it in a different style barrel. 2018 features scotch silly aged in Chardonnay barrels. This deep dark colored Scotch ale is a perfect blend of caramelized malt and candied sugar from the mother beer. The aroma coming from the Chardonnay barrel produces a unique yet subtle flavor.
