PseudoSue is an undeniably spectacular beer, worthy of all the hype and enthusiasm that surrounds it. But Toppling Goliath didn't stop there. They've also sent us bottles of a special double-hopped version of Pseudo, featuring Mosaic hops as the driving force of the aroma. It's an extra-juicy variant with big time mango, citrus, and pineapple pop. It's delicious stuff, but don't just take our word for it: the Mosaicdry-hopped Pseudo has an absurd 4.4/5 rating on Untappd.

Tasty Mosaic Pale Ale. Crushable, nice citrus and mango flavors with a nice hop bite to balance out the sweetness. I will order again. I haven’t had an IPA/PA from Toppling Goliath that I did not like.
