5 stars!!!

Amazing! Everything is evenly balanced. Sweet. Stouty. Boozy. Almost cake batter like.

First Pastry Stout

I have not had any other in this style, but this was quite unique. Prominent flavors of chocolate and coconut come thru, which was shocking for my typical palate of Hazy Ipa's. Worth a shot, fun to share with friends, I couldn't imagine drinking the whole thing, It would certainly make me sick.

The Bruery Bakery: Coconut Macaroon: Amazing beer!

Pint can. Massive tan head. Aroma of coffee, leather, dark chocolate, anise, earthy spices, molasses, dark dried fruits, vanilla, oaky bourbon, coconut since you know it is there. Incredibly complex smell and best part of the beer. Chocolate, dried cherry, alcohol, oak, and molasses, and toffee dominate the taste. Thick but smooth and satisfiyingly warming.

Another neat beer from the Bruery

I really enjoyed this the first I had it. After seeing it here I had to try my hand again. An extra sweet pastry stout with a heavy scent of coconut but lacks a little of the flavor profile. It's fun to drink and try to pick out all the different flavors but it's not cohesive enough to be great.
