Imperial / Double White Stout: Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Golden Stout inspired by Hawaiian Coffee Cake!

(1) Prairie Holiday Weekend Imperial Stout
Imperial / Double Stout: Bourbon barrel-aged stout with coconut, cacao nibs, cinnamon and marshmallow. 13.7% ABV
(1) Untitled Art Zanzibar Chocolate Ice Cream Stout
Stout: Chocolate Ice cream stout brewed with Chocolate Shoppe Zanzibar Ice Cream. 8% ABV
(1) Perennial / Churchkey Take Ten Imperial Stout
Imperial / Double Stout: Take 10 is a collaboration with Churchkey, originally brewed for their 10th Anniversary. Brewed with pretzels, and a touch of sea salt added on the tail end. We added Caramel and chocolate during fermentation, then steeped it on a fairly reasonable amount of whole roasted Virginia peanuts. Roasted peanuts give a lush aroma, with a balance of peanut, caramel and salt on the palate 11.5% ABV
(1) Jackie O's Dark Apparition
Russian Imperial Stout: This hauntingly good brew in your hand is rife with dark complexities. Seven malts were used to create deep flavors of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and molasses. A hint of bitterness and herbal character from carefully selected European and American hops help support the monolithic maltiness. A truly decadent brew that is intended to be poured into your favorite snifter and given time to warm up from its dark and cool resting place. 10.5% ABV
