This sake was brewed as a reinterpretation of a Nigori style Sake. A Nigori pours opaque white because of rice particulate in suspension. This Sake pours light pink with real fruit. Blending together West Coast Style Sake with over 1000 lbs. of watermelon, this sake delivers a funky tart watermelon treat.
