A Great Salute to San Diego Brewing

This was a fantastic snapshot of the current San Diego Brewing scene. Definitely heavy on the IPAs and the hazy ones at that, but that is the west coast style. But I was glad to have many of my SD favorites represented and still be introduced to some new breweries. Thoroughly enjoyed this pack would highly recommend for any IPA lover (and there are a few stouts and sours for your friends as well).

Could use more variety

Enjoyed most of the beers. Didn’t realize before I purchased that the majority of them were IPAs. No problem with them, just didn’t seem to be much else in the shipment, just more of the same from different brewers. Cool little taste of the west coast delivered to my doorstep in Upper Michigan though.

  13. Any packages that are refused or unable to be delivered by our common carriers will be returned to the Vendor at your expense. We will refund to you any product costs minus shipping costs

Credits, Gift Certificates and Invitations


  1. We may, from time to time, offer a credit for new-member referrals (“New Member Credits”). New Member Credits, if any, will be issued by Craftshack and not our Vendors. New Member Credits may only be earned after new members that have been invited by a current member make at least one completed and shipped purchase in the amount of $35 or more within the first 30 days upon receipt of their invitation. New Member Credits carry no cash value and can only be used for purchases on the Site. New Member Credits expire one month from the date of issue and are non-transferrable. New Member Credits granted by any other means other than as a result of the initial, completed and shipped purchase by a new member introduced to Craftshack for the first time by a referring member are in violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may not use spam to obtain referral credits, and you agree not to send invitations to join the Site to people who are under the age of 21, who do not know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact.
  2. In addition to New Member Credits, we may issue or offer credits for returns and gift certificates. If we choose to offer these, the credits and gift certificates will be issued by Craftshack and not our Vendors and will carry no cash value and will expire (if they expire) on the date specified. Credits and certificates are non-transferrable and may only be used to purchase products and services on the Site. Expired New Member Credits, credits and gift certificates may not be re-activated.
  3. Advertising

Cancellation Policy

You acknowledge and agree that each subsidiary and affiliate of Craftshack shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms and Conditions and that such other companies shall be entitled to directly enforce and rely upon any provision of these Terms and Conditions which confers a benefit upon them. No other party shall be a third party beneficiary of the Terms.
  4. The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Craftshack shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Craftshack agree that any cause of action, dispute or claim that may arise between you and Craftshack shall be commenced and be heard in binding arbitration only. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • claims arising out of or related to any aspect of the relationship between you and Craftshack, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory;
    • claims that arose before this or any prior agreement (including, but not limited to, claims related to advertising); and
    • claims that may arise after the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

    You agree that you and Craftshack are each waiving the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action. You and Craftshack agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Further, you and Craftshack agree that an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. These Terms and Conditions evidence a transaction in interstate commerce, and thus, the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.

  5. You and Craftshack each agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of an impartial arbiter located within the State of Delaware. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, you agree that Craftshack shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or the equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
  6. The failure of Craftshack to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect. If at any time, the relationship between Craftshack and you ends, the provisions in these Terms and Conditions set forth in this “Miscellaneous” chapter shall continue to survive (including the provisions related to arbitration and venue) and shall be unaffected by the cessation.
