Hazy, full bodied, juicy, low bitterness, this beer has all the desired traits of a New England style IPA. We fermented this beer using London 3 yeast giving it a soft hazy look and with Mosaic, Citra, Azaaca, and Galaxy hops added in the whirlpool and the dry hop this beer is straight juice without the pulp!

While Saint Archer Hazy IPA wasn't nearly as hazy, nor as juicy as most NEIPAs brewed in New England; it was delicious and somewhat juicy nonetheless. The beer stands on its own, even if it doesn't "play the part."
