Gimme Danger is a gluten-reduced Imperial Stout (abv 10,5%), for those who like to live on the edge.
The beer appears in a dark chocolate hue with a mocha-brown head. The aroma of rich roasted chestnuts and candied dates mingles with toffee. Dark chocolate notes jump out as your glass warms up. Tastewise, sweet cedarwood, and toasted bread jump out first, with a decadent dose of rich dark chocolate coated in treacle. Floral manuka honey is then joined by elegant pecan and a touch of bitterness to balance before rounding out with an assertive malty backbone.
