For this installment in our 10th Anniversary Series, we reached out to our buds from down in CLT at Resident Culture. We’ve loved their whole crew, especially from our first meeting out in Copenhagen in 2018. For this beer, we wanted to make something that not only is progressive but introspective on how we make a hoppy beer. Leaning on their expertise and generosity, we were able to purchase some Strata and Riwaka hops hand-selected by @residentcluture to use in this hazy brew. Someone You’d Admire is an ode to friends who don’t live close, but who you never take for granted. An ode to having peers that not only influence you but also guide you. An ode to life, and how making beer is a snapshot into a certain time and place.
