Stout - Imperial / Double | 11.5% ABV
Commercial Description:
Take 10 is a collaboration with Churchkey, originally brewed for their 10th Anniversary. Brewed with pretzels, and a touch of sea salt added on the tail end. We added Caramel and chocolate during fermentation, then steeped it on a fairly reasonable amount of whole roasted Virginia peanuts. Roasted peanuts give a lush aroma, with a balance of peanut, caramel and salt on the palate

Chocolate, Peanut Butter, & Pretzel. What more can you ask for. It was almost like drinking a Take 5.
It's rare to have a beer where all of the adjuncts really combine well while also shining individually. They somehow got it to work on this one, simply great.
Just fabulous. You get all the flavors throughout your sip: chocolate, peanut-butter, and salty pretzel. The beer is surprisingly light for the style, but still one to share around as it is also deceptively filling.
I really like this one.
This stout was great. It has the well balance flavors of the caramel, chocolate and the pretzels.
