Herbs, citrus, and sweet sugar lead off an excellent nose. Sweet barbecue notes linger in the background. The first sip is sharp citrus and a brown sugar simple syrup. Caramel and lavender soon take over. The second sip is earthier, as spicy oak is featured. The finish reestablished the citrus and herbs for an excellent finale
