Stout - American Imperial / Double | 12.9% ABV - 4.2 Untappd
Commercial Description:
Our friends over at Kentucky’s own Willett Distillery have one kind of barrel: wood. And they put two things in them: Bourbon and Rye. We were fortunate enough to get some of their Bourbon barrels, and we put our Imperial Stout in them. It’s a chocolatey, coffee-y, smoky, Bourbon-y beast of a barrel-aged thing.

Great taste for a well priced brew
In my opinion. This is their best. Coming from a huge barrel aged beer fan tho
One of the best value stouts of all time IMO. Cellar wonderfully and drink great fresh. Blind taste test this, holds up to much more expensive beers.
Could easily become a regular staple. Very thick and creamy. I sometimes mix in some ale to thin it.
Great beer from Lagunitas. I'd rate it slightly above a 4. Real nice BB stout, especially for the price.
