Bit strong with the scotch

I typically love Founders and have several aged porters that rank in my top beers. This one is just too heavy with the scotch for me. The description is definitely accurate, so if you really like an earthy, smoky barrel-aged beer, you won't go wrong here. Think I might try the ice cream recipe a fellow reviewer linked to.

Always a classic

Classic scotch ale brew with a lot of flavor. Smooth finish with a clean bourbon overtone.

Backwoods *******

Amazing this is a seasonal beer that I always get excited about but unfortunately finding it in my area is difficult and seeing it here I bought 4. For those who enjoy it Founders has a recipe for ice cream made with it. https://foundersbrewing.com/latest-news/2018/no-churn-backwoods-*******-ice-cream/?fbclid=IwAR3cRfDCNrMgo-YjKr3rZf73wtRR9zqWMDbp-3B-wLviFektgMc98UG40w8
