Always love Dansk Mjod...

Odin's Skull is no exception. The bottle has the heft of all of the others but is a little more comical and cute, and I was a bit afraid of the idea of the sour apple taking away from the depth and gravity and warmth of every Dansk Mjod, but this did not disappoint. A heavyweight but never anything but a pleasure to drink. We in the United States should learn from the Danes. Friends are concerned about sulphite taste and feel because most everything made in Vermont has it, but not Dansk Mjod. Balanced acidity with enough richness and warmth, subtle spice, a bit of earth. Yum.
