This beer is great if you like your Haze Southern Californian. The beer is distinctly familiar, but not your stereotypical NEIPA. It's sweet and fruity, but still firmly bitter and crisp. Pretty high on the bitterness scale for even regular West Coast IPAs. The perfect balance for me. A unique take on hazy, fruity craze.
Being on the East Coast but I have been over to BROUWERIJ WEST since family lives in SD. Love their beers and Starfish is my top. Smooth, my type of color Hazy light yellow bam, and the backend of a slight hop with low carbonation. This is a winner for sure. Grab a pack you are sure to enjoy it.
