This bundle includes the following:

(1) Bottle Logic / Toppling Goliath The Fall of Umibōzu

Imperial / Double Coffee Stout: Oceans roar in furious tempest, whipped from calm seas without warning. A ghostly creature of unimaginable size rises from the deep… The Fall of Umibōzu is a monstrous Double Mash Imperial Stout brewed to an exceptionally high gravity and aged in bourbon barrels for eighteen months. This coffee-soaked liquid stains the hull of the glass with leggy 13.37% ABV tentacles.

We've partnered with Mostra Coffee to source and roast an exclusive batch of Panama Geisha, the most precious beans in the world, to use as the singular finishing ingredient on this devastatingly viscous base. Panama Geisha beans are utterly devoid of bitterness. The varietal’s floral aromatics and delicate flavor notes of honeysuckle, bergamot, peach, and red fruit crest and crash throughout the brew, swirling across the palate with a robust, roasty finish. 13.37% ABV

(1) Prairie Holiday Weekend Imperial Stout

Imperial / Double Stout: Bourbon barrel-aged stout with coconut, cacao nibs, cinnamon and marshmallow. 13.7% ABV

(1) Alesong Señor Rhino (2020)

Imperial / Double Milk Stout: Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this bourbon and tequila barrel aged stout oozes with rich cocoa and spicy cinnamon aromas with background notes of sweet vanilla. It finishes with a hint of heat from roasted ancho chiles, complementing the full bodied decadent flavors. Microbes: Saccharomyces. Barrels: freshly emptied Heaven Hill bourbon and Cazadores tequila. Special ingredients: cinnamon, ancho chile, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs  11% ABV

(1) Mikkeller San Diego Mikkel 44 Imperial Stout

Imperial / Double Coffee Stout: Brewed in honor of our fearless leader - Mikkel 44 is our classic Imperial Stout aged over a year in 17 Y.O. Cognac Barrels before being finished with Guatemala Las Moritas coffee from our good friends at Dark Horse Coffee Roasters. Graceful layers of sun dried dark berries, tempered dark chocolate, and warming holiday spices. One of our most complex Imperial Stouts, as it highlights even the furthest subtlties in the glass.  14.7% ABV

(1) Epic Big Bad Baptist Quintuple (Barrel Aged)

Imperial / Double Stout: A beta release of one of our upcoming Baptist variants. Cacao nibs, barrel aged coffee, barrel aged almonds, barrel aged coconut, & barrel aged salted caramel. 11% ABV

Fall of Umibozu

Reviewing specifically for The Fall of Umibozu. This is an awesome thick stout, exactly as expected from the south masters at BL and TG. Amazing fruity and floral coffee flavors without being a bitter bomb.
