This mythical West Coast Style IPA was brewed with Honey Malt for a subtle malt sweetness that supports a Centennial, Citra, and Medusa hop blend. Medusa hops are an incredible multi-headed departure from the typical single-cone form of brewing's more common 𝘭𝘶𝘱𝘶𝘭𝘶𝘴 subspecies of hops. This North American 𝘯𝘦𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘴 subspecies is ultimately put to use here for its intense guava, melon, apricot, and citrus fruit character. Aromas of stonefruit and citrus curl into flavors of tropical fruit and bitter orange rind on the palate. Serpentine is 6.7% ABV and medium in body with a classic dry, West Coast finish.
