(1) 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend (Blend Number 52 – Season 16/17) 750ml
6.3% ABV - Blend of 1, 2, 3, and at least 25% 4-year old Lambics. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. When cellared properly, Golden Blend can be aged for several decades.
(1) Mikkeller Spontanframboos 375ml
7.7% ABV - Sour Ale brewed with raspberries & aged in oak barrels.
(1) Rodenbach Grand Cru 330ml
6% ABV - This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze.
(1) The Lost Abbey Ghost in the Forest (with Guava) 375ml
6% ABV - Starting with our barrel and foeder aged blend of Ghosts in the Forest, we then added a heavenly amount of Guava to create our latest sour creation
