We also teamed up with Paradox Beer Company and created Coastal Mist. Combining the power of spent Pinot Noir grapes and our signature wild ale, we have created a funky work of art with our friends from Paradox Brewing. We aged the base wild beer over Pinot Noir Grapes for 3 months to pick up the fruity character from the Pinot Noir Grape.
