ENGLISH - Xyauyù Fumè is the most complex expression of Teo’s approach to the creation of what he calls “couch beers”, to be enjoyed and savored slowly. It is a top-fermented beer which has undergone macro-oxidation and has been aged for twelve months in Islay Scottish whisky barrels, which give it a natural peaty flavor. It has a deep dark color with copper nuances; when poured, it has no head and no gas. XYAUYÙ FUMÈ, is excellent with chocolate and drink slowly after a meal.

Amounts of Banana is a To Øl summer release for 2018, a fruit packed version of the original. It’s banana heaven, made for the laziest of summer days. Sip with caution unless you can handle your exotic hop explosions with ease.
DCTS Passionfruit for short, is the tart addition to the series. Super acidity brightness cuts through the slight malty notes characteristic of the series, with heavy hitting, sweet fruity notes coming through at the end.
