The beer is mostly what you'd expect from ESBC on West Coast IPA. Dry and lean from a mostly pilsner malt bill, with a touch of naked oats for some softness. A tropical, dank and citrusy hop profile provided by Huell melon, Idaho 7 and Citra. - 7.3% ABV
